Day 1 – External reality check: 2–3 curated sessions with startups, scaleups or platforms directly relevant to your space, followed by a guided debrief on surprises, confirmations and gaps.
Day 2 – Patterns and models: Sessions with more mature players and platforms on how they structure innovation, data and AI, plus an investor view on where serious capital is flowing in your domain.
Day 3 – Synthesis and prioritisation: A facilitated synthesis to cluster insights into 4–7 themes, rank them by impact and feasibility, and select 2–3 areas for deeper exploration.
Short internal working blocks are built into each day so the team doesn’t just listen, but thinks and decides together.
